Daily Tours: A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, refundable up to 5 days before the tour date. The remaining balance must be paid one week before the tour by credit card or in cash on the day of the tour.
Mini Cruises: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the cruise date. If payment is not received within this timeframe, our company reserves the right to charge your credit card for the full amount due.
In the event of a NO-SHOW, our company reserves the right to charge your credit card for 100% of the total amount.
Cancellations due to bad weather: In case of cancellation due to bad weather, guests will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule based on availability.
